- Carpet Cleaning $43 + GST per area (average bedroom size) or Minimum $120 + GST
- Upholstery $35 + GST per seat
- Tile and Grout $6.50 per square metre
- Commercial Carpet cleaning $3 square metre.
- Office cleaning once per week minimum $120 + GST per visit ( a discount will apply if frequency is above once per week)
- End of lease cleaning $60 + GST per hour (min 4 hours) time needed for average 3 bedroom 2 bath would be approx 8 hours
- Bar and night club cleaning is quoted by Matt please call to arrange full quote.
- Construction hand over cleaning $70 per hour + GST (min 4 hours)
- Pest control services minimum $120 + GST
- Pre sale building inspections minimum $500 + GST
